I purchased one of your E cigarette's this week with little to no expectations of this product ever working. I was suprised and impressed, so much that I went back the next day and bought another one so I could always have one with a full charge. I haven't smoked a cigarette in four days, a week ago I never thought that would of been possible, especially with the amount of stress and distress I've experienced over the last few months. It feels good to feel like, I'm not killing myself or not bothering other people around me (you know how non smoker's look down on smoker's like we're outcasts). I stopped smoking cigarettes over 2 months ago, it's because of you're product that is helping me succeed.

It wasn't always like that, I have tried several other brands of e-cigs the first I bought at a local state fair for way too much money and the cartridges are not available(omg brand), the second I got from local truck stop which stopped working about 4 days later and no exchanges allowed , I bought 4 over 2 weeks all did the same ( Njoy)$$$. Third was e-health from a head shop about 30 miles away, but twice as expensive. Looking online for cartridges I found your site, thank goodness I did. Because of your product I am able to stay smoke free and at a fair price. With the other brands problems, it was cheaper to smoke real cigs.

Ive tryed several kinds and have found i like yours the best.  The others I tryed leaked liquid out the end and didnt smoke anywhere near as much as yours. Hello,  I have just recently begun to use your product (2 & 1/2 days ago) and want to say that I am thrilled that it exists.  I have been a continuous smoker for 15 years, and this alternative is a major player in my future health, I already can tell.  I am using this electronic cig because I would like to eventually quit smoking altogether here very soon, and today (basically my second 24 hours of non-smoking) was extremely difficult to get through without my Camel Lights, BUT, your product is the only thing that kept me from tearing my hair out or crying like a baby.  So, thank you.  It has helped me get through all of the horrible withdrawal/cravings thus far.
I also just wanted to comment on the FAQ web page.  I am pleased with the e-cig as I can tell my strength is building already to not smoke real cigarettes, BUT, I am still concerned about risks, side effects.  Under number 11 on your FAQ page, there are at least 2 sentences that don't really make sense due to double wording, etc, and so I just wanted to say that when I first caught it, I was weary about whether or not it was intentional, supposed to simply look like someone made typing errors, etc.  And because I am stressed out already from not smoking, I am weary as to why every other sentence is built correctly except the ones about carcinogens and evidence of...  Do you see what I'm getting at?  I've been known to overthink things haha so pardon me if I'm just being overly cautious, but I'd advise you to please correct these sentencing mistakes so that everyone is on the same page when we are reading your answers to concerns we have about using your product.

I just want to thank you for supplying a quality product. I was doing business with another website that I spent 100's of dollars with in the last 6 months. It said "E Health" and looked similar, but all the parts were slightly smaller and of extremely poor quality. Everything I bought from that site failed within a week of purchase and it would take weeks to get even a half-hearted response about warrantying anything, although he advertised a warranty. He warranted one atomizer then ignored the rest of my emails.I have been impressed with the quality of your product. I could instantly tell the difference in the way everything was made. The other site must be selling an inferior "clone" product as you mentioned when my previous battery (from the other site) did not seem to work with your charger or atomizer and I complained thinking there was something wrong with the charger and atomizers you sent me. Fortunately, you explained the problem and I tried it with a battery I had also ordered from you and everything worked perfectly. Thank you once again.

After receiving your package yesterday, I charged all 3 of the bateries, and put one togther and tried it, and it worked.....yay! I tried the other two, which came with my orginal package, and they did not work, even with the new atomizers. I used only the new charger that you sent just to be sure. So after all this, I will purchase a new set of bateries, and see if that is the problem.
I wrote all this to you because I have been in sales since I could remember, and the one thing I know is that if you want to servive in the business world you have to have 2 things; a great product, and unmatchable customer service. They removed my right lung 1 month ago and am about to start chemo. I was really angry before I first contacted www.e-healthcigarettes.com.  I had bought their brand at a local smoke shop because I wanted to know more about it and didn’t feel comfortable buying online until I knew more about it.  The starter kit I purchased at that smoke shop for $49.99 plus tax was two cigarettes, 10 cartridges, and charging.  Within 10 days both cigarettes died.  I ordered new Atomizers.  The cigarettes were still dead. 
 
assuming that they were associated, I complained via email and I was really mad but even though they had nothing to do with my original purchase, e-healthcigarettes.com stepped up to the plate. 
Okay, so it cost me an extra $8.00 but they are sending me new stuff for they figured that I ended up buying a re-pop…a fake.  I am really looking forward to receiving my new stuff.  The first day I cut down a half a pack…the second, a pack. 
 
I am just very appreciative of how my complaint was handled even though I did not order online.  I’m a customer….current and future.  Thank you.

Recieved my first ehealth cigarette last night. Plugged it in over night and started using it this morning. This is the first day in at least 7 years that I have gone a full day without a cigarette.  I told myself that I would at least take 3 puffs off of the ehealthcig first,  then if I still wanted a regular one then well I would have one, but each time after I puffed my ehealth, I had no desire for a regular smoke. These are so awesome.  My 68 year old brother was hesitant to try the starter kit but is now smoking 1/2 as many regular cigarettes.  He has many serious health problems and we look forward to the day he lays all cigarettes down...this is a wonderful beginning for him.  Our entire family wants to thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I have been a smoker for 35 years and for the past year averaging about one and one half packs per day (30 cigs).  I spent at least 15 hours of Internet research (including you tube).  The E Health Cig sold from San Diego is a very good quality  e cig.  It is smooth and has an ease of draw.  The stock cartridges have a light taste of coconut which I actually like but for me each cartridge only lasts about 6 regular cigs (based on 10 puffs for a real cig: Marlboro blend shorts).  Even so you still should save about 40%.  I have also tried the E health e juice ( Cherry and Tobacco 24 MG).  I prefer the tobacco its smooth and like tobacco, Cherry is ok.  Manfred provides excellent customer service and I have received by orders within 2 days from San Diego but I also live in CA (Ventura County).  I have the regular E Health kit with 2 batteries, 2 atomizers etc ($38) so I can not comment on the new kit for $48.  For someone who is new and wants a good quality e cig without spending $100 or more you will really like this product.  Just be sure to buy it directly from the web site not a local store because I personally attest to the knock offs are there and look just like the original.  So don't waste your money get it directly from Manfred.  Enjoy give yourself about 10 days before you stop the regular cigs all together until your body get use to the new buzz from the nicotine, then you really enjoy it.
